Her business is located 4 hours away from me and as I don't intend on making a crazy commute, I want to set up operations from my house.

Need more details?: I will be editing and proofreading large (90-100 page documents) for her. She will then send my marked-up versions onto her clients, who will make the necessary adjustments. She does not have access to the original documents, just PDFs.
